» The setting: a damaged alternate-Earth, where World War III has already come and gone. Most of the world is still picking itself up after the damage wrought by WWIII, with the US still caught up in some skirmishes in Eastern Europe.
» Sixteen years ago, Jion is made. The product of a military-funded experiment that started before WWIII and picked up its pace near the end of the war. Several hundred genetically-engineered humans are created as part of the ambitious Project Planaria -- an attempt to push regenerative medicine to its limits. The human embryos are modified to share key genetic sequences with planaria to facilitate super-rapid cell regeneration in case of injury.
» Unfortunately, only a few dozen embryos survive, and don't even show signs of rapid regeneration. Further work on the project is immediately put on hold, with the surviving specimens to be monitored until the age of 18, then enlisted as regular soldiers. For a good decade or so, they seem to be regular kids.
» Then, a twist. Turns out the planaria children do have regenerative abilities -- but they activate upon puberty, and permanently. Their bodies produce far too many stem cells that uncontrollably differentiate into other types of cells, causing their bodies to wildly produce extra organs, muscle tissue and teratomas. In fact, their bodies produce extra components rapidly enough that, without regular surgery, the resulting pressure in their bodies can cause tremendous damage. Not to mention, the constant regeneration also causes the children to age quickly, roughly four times that of a normal person.
» There's a mad scramble as the scientists leading the project try to decide what to do. Now that it's been revealed these kids are special, it would be a huge financial waste to send them out as regular soldiers. But their constant regeneration and need for regular surgery would make them poor 'supersoldiers.' So, after much debate, it's decided these specimens will serve as specialized medics, instead.
» So Jion, twelve years old and rapidly coming to realize that he's not a normal human, is placed in a crash course in military medicine. After eighteen months of intense training, he's shipped out to Eastern Europe as a medic. He's technically thirteen-and-a-half, with the body of an eighteen-year-old.
» Products of Project Planaria are often given unconventional tasks due to their capabilities: providing emergency care under fire; helping evacuate individuals from hazardous locations; serving as blood donors on the spot; and -- in the most drastic cases -- serving as emergency organ farms. It's a tough job.
» Jion spends two and a half years being shuttled from battlefield to battlefield, platoon to platoon. His lifestyle isn't particularly cruel or demeaning. He gets a healthy paycheck to his name that he can spend however he likes. He's treated nicely between skirmishes, and a lot of people appreciate what he does. He's saved lots of lives. But it's still a somewhat lonely way of living.
» Enter Awash.
» RESILIENT | Even if he's ultimately a failed specimen, Jion was originally built to be a quick-healing supersoldier, and it shows -- he's stupidly resilient. Thanks to his rapid healing and pain resistance, he's able to keep functioning even after getting shot or breaking a bone; he's also more fit than he looks, and he's accustomed to venturing into dangerous territory to retrieve injured people. While far from invincible, he can tank his way through a substantial amount of damage and ultimately emerge only slightly worse for the wear.
But physical resilience aside, Jion's also pretty mentally hardy -- despite usually being a little awkward and flighty, he's all focus once he needs to start working. He's used to dealing with chaos and bloodshed and has been trained to concentrate even in stressful situations. Though technically young, he's not easily traumatized or rattled, and even if he is caught off-guard, he can force himself to delay that anxiety until he has the luxury of freaking out.
» ADAPTABLE | Partly because his life has been so weird, and partly because he's had to move around so much for the last few years of his life, Jion adapts to new circumstances quickly. He'll eat pretty much anything without complaint, he can sleep anywhere, and he'll do whatever work needs to be done under whatever circumstances he's placed in. Because he doesn't really have a home to be homesick for, nor a family to long for, he can feel reasonably comfortable anywhere, around anybody who's been friendly to him. Though he never really liked having to move between different battalions so often (and was honestly a little envious of platoons where everyone seemed really close), it taught him to quickly warm up to strangers and make himself available to them. While not the most capable individual, he's at least largely consistent in his efforts and attitude, regardless of where he ends up.
» EMPATHETIC | Some wouldn't necessarily call it a 'strength,' but a notable facet of Jion's personality is that he's a deeply caring person. Jion is of the belief that no one ever deserves to suffer. Yes, there are some situations that can't be resolved without conflict -- but any person who's injured deserves to be cared for, no matter who they are, and Jion will always try his absolute hardest to provide that care to the best of his abilities. He takes pride in his job as a medic, and he's always genuinely relieved to see people recover.
And even outside of life-and-death situation, Jion just ... cares about people. As awkward and flustered as he tends to get when talking to strangers, he's never insincere, and he really likes getting to know other people. As a result, he makes friends pretty easily, and he can usually depend on at least person to have his back in a pinch. Not that he makes friends to depend on them, but he certainly won't say no to it.
» IMPULSIVE | Jion's job and training make it easy to forget, but he's ultimately still a teenager, and has a lot of the flaws one would expect from a teenager. He's a little thoughtless, a little awkward, and a lot impulsive. If something sounds like a good idea, he'll move to work on it immediately, and if something sounds like a bad idea from the beginning, he'll promptly reject it. He's just as quick to blurt things out thoughtlessly at times, especially when speaking to people he doesn't know well, stumbling over his own thoughts when under pressure. Awkward in the way that a teenager doesn't quite know how to handle stressful social situations, Jion is the kind of guy who always tries his best but doesn't quite make the mark a lot of the time.
» AIMLESS | Jion's biggest weakness, however, isn't one that's so obvious at first glance: he's almost entirely lacking in direction. So accustomed to taking orders from people -- go here, do this, stitch up these wounds, take care of this person -- Jion tends to flounder immediately when he isn't given an obvious goal to aim for. While it's not necessary to micromanage him once he's been given a task, he does function best when pointed in a specific direction and told to head that way. And he's not especially picky about who gives what orders, either. Because he's sort of been herded along one specific path for the entirety of his life, Jion isn't the greatest at discerning who can be trusted and who can't; for the most part, if someone seems reasonable and higher-ranked than him, he'll assume that they know what they're doing (at least, better than he does), and do as he's told.
» INEXPERIENCED | Also of note is that Jion is incredibly inexperienced in a lot of ways. Having grown up in that laboratory, then immediately shuffled into life as a walking organ farm, Jion knows very little about normal life other than what he's seen on television. (Which is why he likes watching television and movies so much. Gives him a glimpse of what a normal, quiet life might be like.) As a result, he can be pretty awkward when it comes to unfamiliar situations -- he just doesn't have a lot of references about what he should do, how he should act, what would be the right thing to say. Though he doesn't exactly freeze up or panic, he does tend to second-guess himself pretty often.
» HYPER-RAPID CELL REGENERATION | Between the planarian DNA implanted in his genetic sequence and some additional specific genetic tweaking, Jion's body creates new cells and recovers from injuries at a frightening pace. Deep puncture wounds close up entirely within an hour, and a carved-out kidney can be replenished overnight. His body's also adapted to using two extra hearts and an extra set of lungs, making him surprisingly fit. This doesn't means Jion is invincible -- a clean shot through the skull that scrambles his brain would kill him instantly, as would a large-bore shot through the chest that might ruin all of his hearts. But the main thing is that Jion is pretty hard to kill and can shake off most injuries without difficulty.
» PORTABLE ORGAN FARM | Of course, Jion's main schtick is that he functions as a convenient, portable blood-and-organ farm.
He regenerates blood rapidly enough that he can lose up to five batches of 500mL (a total 2.5L, about 50% of an average person's blood volume) daily as long as he has a little breathing room in between batches. The fact that he's a type O Rh D negative "universal donor" means he can donate to just about anyone in an emergency situation. He's naturally got an incredibly powerful immune system and has also been built to withstand most diseases, making him reliably "clean."
Jion also serves as a portable organ-tank, containing organs available for transplantation at any time. At the end of any given week, he'll usually contain duplicates of most organs within the chest- and abdominal cavity, and he can also regrow any muscle tissue, tendons, or skin taken from him.
» REGULAR EXCAVATIONS | The downside of Jion's rapid cell production is that he can't control how quickly his body produces extra bits. So he has to "excavate" his body on a weekly basis -- slicing himself open from collarbone to navel in order to remove a number of extra internal organs. Neglecting to do so builds up a lot of pressure in his body, resulting in awful gut and chest pains and difficulty breathing. His body is marked with a permanent Y-shaped autopsy-style scar due to how regularly he makes that incision. Excavated organs and tissues are stored for future transplants if there's an available facility nearby, or are incinerated like standard biological waste.
He also has to bleed himself out every other day if he hasn't given any blood those days. This usually consists of cutting a vein in his arm and sitting in the bathtub for a bit. Neglecting to do so tends to make him dizzy and headache-y from the buildup of incredibly high blood pressure.
» MODERATE RESISTANCE TO PAIN | Though Jion does still feel pain, he's suffered through enough injuries that he's grown somewhat immune to lower levels of pain. He's especially accustomed to having his chest and abdominal cavities sliced open, and feels virtually no pain from that specific procedure, which allows him to handily operate on himself, solo, without the aid of any painkillers. Still, anything that breaks more than a few bones will be enough to take him out of commission until his body repairs itself.
» PLAYING DOCTOR | All that gruesome nonsense aside, Jion's a pretty competent combat medic. Though not as good as a proper doctor, he's capable of conducting most first aid and trauma care procedures. He's pretty good with his hands and can deal with most injuries without too much difficulty; he's also got experience helping out with some more advanced surgeries, though it's not his area of expertise.
» BASIC COMBAT | Oh, and he's ultimately a soldier. He has basic training in both hand-to-hand combat and handling firearms, though he doesn't really like either. His aim is just okay, and he tends to be a little reckless in hand-to-hand since he's so unlikely to suffer from serious, permanent injury.
» Semi-casual outfit (on person): army slacks and boots, black thermal T-shirt, gray turtleneck sweater, slightly ratty army-style jacket, dogtags -- he was resting at the moment he was brought over, so he doesn't have his full uniform or gear
» Emergency medkit (on person): contains a trauma kit (bandages and gauze, dressings, tourniquets, clotting agents, chest seals, scalpel, morphine), first aid kit (a bunch more bandages, water purification tablets, antiseptic solution, antibiotic ointment), airway tubing, bag valve mask, assorted suture needles and thread, and trauma shears
» SIG Sauer P320 (on person): comes with its standard holster, already loaded with one magazine of 17 bullets, but with no extra bullets
» MOLLE vest (extra item): harness/chest rig with a small rucksack (containing a few reusable splints, a pack of gloves, and a survival blanket), a hydration pack, three modular pouches (one containing three MREs), and an extra medkit containing a bunch of band-aids, orthopedic tape, some OTC meds (painkillers, allergy meds, an epi-pen), and his personal supplies (two scalpels, a large-bore syringe with several extra needles, and a loaded surgical stapler with one extra cartridge of staples)

Background/History: Wiki link!
Strengths:
He is chivalrous. He’ll always go out of his way to do the right thing, save people in distress, and fight his opponents fair and square and all that. He is a knight, after all, and very painfully Lawful Good to boot. He is especially gallant toward women, though he doesn’t necessarily see them as weak (after all, there is at least one member of the Round Table who’s openly a woman, to say nothing of King Arthur herself).
He tries to see the good in others. Given his backstory, he definitely falls short of that chivalrous ideal, and he’s painfully aware of that side of himself. As such, he typically blames himself first if anything goes wrong, and he doesn’t hold grudges save in very exceptional circumstances. In short, he always tries to think the best of others—even at his own expense. This is most poignantly seen in his Bond 10 Craft Essence, where he insists that only he is to blame for his death. And while he’s always gloomy and pessimistic about himself, he does sincerely want other people to fare better than he has.
He is passionate. He does come from a medieval romance, after all. Despite his stoic demeanor, he’s actually pretty emotional, and it shows in his fondness for songs and poetry as well as for romance in general. As far as Iseult is concerned, he’s still very much in love with her, as she’s his first taste of romantic love even if it had happened via love potion. In addition, he’s easily moved by tragedy and is overall a pretty earnest and sincere guy, and these drive his actions more than the dutiful side of his nature. He also handles his emotional outbursts in generally quiet and lowkey ways (when he’s not singing or playing a tune about it, anyway).
He is passionate. Sometimes his inherent negativity tends to get the better of him. He frequently wallows in his own misery and regret, to the point that he can become immensely self-absorbed and unable to move on. Though he can take quite a bit of punishment emotionally as well as physically, he can more easily succumb to despair compared to the other Knights of the Round. This was illustrated in the prelude to the Camelot singularity, when he became so distraught over having slaughtered his comrades that King Arthur actually had to brainwash him to get him to do anything useful. There are also times when Tristan can be quite critical of others, particularly if ideals end up clashing or if he thinks someone can do better, such as when he’d accused King Arthur of not understanding “the hearts of men” before he left the Round Table—basically he’ll occasionally lowkey roast others if he’s not too busy lamenting his own fate and the general sad state of everything ever.
He can be ruthless. His passions can run cold as well, since he’s a pretty precise and methodical beast—the closest thing the Knights of the Round has to the cold sniper archetype. In combat, he mercilessly dispatches opponents he perceives to be unrepentantly wicked (which, granted, is a very steep requirement for a guy like him who’ll forgive most anything), hence showing the darker side to his Lawful Good nature. It is only in the aftermath that he’ll mourn for anyone he’s killed, because he knows that he’s also a sinner, anyway.
He’s weak to poison and treachery. Poisons are a very popular means of betrayal in his time—they’re hidden threats, after all—not the kind that can be defended with sword and shield, so Tristan can’t protect himself against them. He is especially vulnerable to poisons because of his legend, and because he’s willfully ignorant to intrigue. Because he tends to place so much guilt on himself, he usually justifies other people’s treacherous actions against him as being something he deserves. Again, looking back at his Bond 10 Craft Essence, one can see that he was aware that Iseult of the White Hands had lied to him out of jealousy, but he chose to succumb to that lie away because he didn’t think he deserved any better.
ego: Lottie thinks the world might as well revolve around her. That, someone as hot as her, she deserves to have all the good things in life. That she shouldn't struggle or have to put up with her boring friends. Her livelihood is dependent on people accepting her, supporting her, and putting Lottie Person on a pedestal. So it only makes sense that she do the same so other's can follow in her footsteps! Throughout the series, we see Lottie thinking herself above some of the things her friends do, citing it to be 'boring', 'stupid', or 'gross'. Most people , if not everyone, Lottie meets she considers to be below her very specific standards, and by extension someone she shouldn't associate with. But it's also with this absurd ego and self-absorbed attitude that gives her the gall to do all the ridiculous things she's done in canon - like push her enemy into a pool at a party, forgive someone under the pretense that she's such a good person, and confidently tell her friends exactly what she's thinking even if the timing is terrible.Weaknesses:
emotional: Lottie is always seen having large reactions to what people would consider small things, all due to her ability to overthink and nitpick every detail. Sometimes it doesn't help her, but most of the time it gives her an idea of what other people might be thinking in their own emotional states. She's certainly not the most intuitive person, but she tries. Despite being so self-centered, Lottie makes a decent enough effort to show her shitty friends she cares about them. She tried to show empathy to Charlene, despite her humiliating her. She helped Meg after her breakdown, during Meg's breakdown, when Caroline bailed on Meg when she needed help. In tears, she confessed to Caroline she doesn't understand her, leading up to them starting to date. Being emotional gives Lottie power over those who are trying to take advantage of her, and the courage to stand her ground when she thinks someone is encroaching on her territory.
earnest: Despite all the negative traits Lottie has, she does want to be accepted by the people around her. Whether it's for what she presents herself to be, or what she really is, doesn't matter in the long run. Even if she can act particularly rude or callous towards those she cares about, Lottie still makes the effort to be nice and understanding towards people. Despite having such a loud online presence, in person Lottie tries her hardest to be seen as very cool. As trendy, as chic, and definitely not as bitter or as awkward as she really is. In reality, she lives a very sheltered life in the sense that it revolves around exposure for her work. The real Lottie is a very tender person, easily influenced by other people's opinions and comments and chooses to follow rather than lead.
insecure: Underneath the calculated performance of being 'Lottie Person' lies a little troll that likes to be a slob, messy, and all around disgusting in her house. Lottie separates her 'real' self and her 'online' self due to an assumption that no one could even stand her real personality, how she really acts, so she puts up a front. Both to spare her feelings, and promote her online presence. The real Lottie has a hard time expressing herself, and her feelings, clambering up at the sight of conflict or confrontation. But the Lottie everyone knows is sassy, funny, relatable, totally clever without any of the effort. The illusion is seamless! Because she feels a distinct divide between those two selves, her insecurity goes as far as Lottie gaining validation from the praise and compliments of other's - strangers or otherwise. It's what keeps her afloat, gives her some semblance of a reason to work.
petty: Petty is Lottie's middle name. Lottie lives off of being petty and spiteful towards the people that even slightly inconvenience her life (ex. pushing her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend in a pool because they wore the same dress [and put real milk in her latte]) or threaten her job. It doesn't matter if you're a stranger, or even her friend, she holds nothing back when it comes to expressing her displeasure or what she really thinks of everyone's attitudes.
shallow: Lottie is the very definition of shallow. Her occupation as a fashion blogger doesn't allow any less - she has to be seen as nothing short of perfect. By extension, she puts the same judgement people put on her to the friends and strangers around her. She cares about appearance more so than personality in just about everyone she meets, even deciding whether it's worth befriending them based off of that alone. If someone she meets isn't inherently good looking, or popular, she doesn't bother learning their name. Lottie even has a hard time remembering people she meets unless she gives them nicknames-- it's more common for her to forget people entirely.
Determination - Sadie is a strong-willed girl who knows what she wants. While there are definitely things that can rattle her, it's difficult to keep her down for very long; she's the type of person to take an obstacle in her path and turn it into a stepping stone toward whatever goal she has in mind. While she does take it to extremes at times (there is, after all, a very thin line between determination and outright stubbornness, and it's a line she frequently jumps back and forth over with glee), she has a complete and utter faith in herself that allow her to do her best even in difficult situations - or in situations where the rules prohibit her from doing what she wants or needs to do. Her intentions are generally good, however, so she sees little problem with breaking them so long as the ends justify the means, and she's confident enough in her own convictions to call out or rebel against rules or regulations that don't make sense to her.Weaknesses:
Unpredictability - She is not an easy person to pin down. Rules, regulations, and traditions are more like guidelines to her - she sticks to them when it's useful to, but she's just as likely to go off the rails and try something completely new as she is to follow directions. This allows her to accomplish things that have, for many years, been considered impossible, as there is very little that she considers too outlandish to at least try - and allows her to catch her enemies by surprise simply because they don't expect her to do what she's doing. (It also helps her lighten the mood by playing tricks on her allies. She's got a mischievous streak, after all.)
Loyalty - When she cares, she cares deeply. She may have an unconventional way of showing it, but she does go out of her way to make sure the people she loves most are well-protected. She may only be thirteen, but she takes it upon herself to look after her brother and the other magicians who have joined her as she can. Whether it's just providing a listening ear or directly putting herself between someone else and whatever it is that wants to kill them, if someone has won her loyalty, she'll do whatever it takes to keep them safe... even if she drives them half-batty while teasing them in the process.
Recklessness - 98% of the time, Sadie does not think before she acts or speaks. She mouths off to people stronger than her, jumps right into the line of fire when she really has no business being there, and honestly relates a little too well to "We need a plan of attack." "I have a plan - attack!" Acting on impulse the way she does has a tendency to land her or others around her in hot water more often than not, but she's not dead yet, so she doesn't see any particular need to change... which often causes her to butt heads with people who prefer a more tactical approach to a fight. Her recklessness goes hand-in-hand with stubborn pride, as well; she has a difficult time owning up to it when she's made a mistake.Powers/Abilities:
Dismissiveness - She has a bad habit of writing things off if they don't interest her, even if they could be incredibly useful. Even though she literally lives and breathes Ancient Egypt, it's like pulling teeth to get her to pick up a book of myths, and examining artifacts in a museum sounds more like a waste of a day to her than it does a productive use of her time. As a result, she often ends up relying on other people to fill in the blanks for her on very basic things, and if they're not around to do so, she ends up flying blind because she's dismissed simple research as not useful to her. Similarly, she does have a tendency to tune out what other people are saying or speak over them when it suits her - which can cause her to miss important information in conversation.
Selfishness - When it comes down to it, she is a thirteen-year-old girl, and though her moral compass is generally in alignment, there are definitely times when her priorities could use a little adjusting. She can be selfish and self-serving when it suits her - gallivanting off to England on her birthday to spend time with her friends even when there were more important things going on and insisting on attending a school dance when the end of the world was drawing near are only two examples of this. Her focus on the things that are most important to her can sometimes cause her to miss important details or land herself or the people she cares about in more trouble than they would otherwise be if she'd just kept the bigger picture in mind.
i'm really sorry about how stupidly OP riordan decided to make this thirteen-year-old by the end of her canonOther Noteworthy Traits: She knows the lyrics of almost every Adele song by heart and is pretty dang good at dyeing her own hair. Also, she can read and write hieroglyphs with no problem. Aaand she can brew potions (she brews a potion to boost her own magic power once in the series), but she wasn't super great at it, so she lets other people handle that now.
Divine Words and Hieroglyphic Magic - Sadie can speak the Ancient Egyptian word for a concept in order to make it manifest in the real world. She can also write the word down on a scroll in hieroglyphs and have either herself or another person read it out later to channel the magic through the papyrus and ink for the same effect; additionally, as seen in Demigods and Magicians, she was able to write a translation of the word in Ancient Greek so that Annabeth could cast a spell in a Greek-Egyptian hybrid casting. Reading hieroglyphs written by other people works just as well - if she can find prewritten spells from other magicians, she can cast them just by reading them. As of the end of the series, she's apparently able to speak almost every Divine Word in existence, including ones we didn't see used in the books. Seriously, who thought it was a good idea to give this gremlin that kind of power.
Transformation Magic - Firstly, Sadie can transform herself into a kite (the bird of prey kind, not the "float it up in the air" kind). She can also transform her staff into animals in order to make them fight for her, and apparently can transform other people into worms and/or banana slugs if she gets mad enough. She can undo transformations caused by other magicians as well.
Elemental Magic - In Sadie's case, she tends to make use of it by speaking the Divine Words for certain elements, but the end result is she can play around with fire, wind, darkness, light, and other elemental nonsense at will.she's the Avatar
Statuary Magic - She's really bad at it (sculpture is not her strong point), but she can craft shabti - small statues made of either wax or clay - to use as communication devices. Other shabti are seen performing tasks such as fetching books in a library, assisting with the setup of spells, and so on.
Duat Usage - With concentration, Sadie can access the Duat, which is pretty much the entire spiritual world, hidden from the sight of normal people in layers. She used to be really bad at it (but has since gotten better) - though she isn't as proficient as Carter, she can store her belongings in an upper layer of the Duat (functionally it's like hammerspace, but she has to specifically put things in there before she can pull them out). She can lower her vision into the Duat (and can create a paste to put over other people's eyelids to let them see what she sees) to see how magical nonsense is affecting the world around her. Lastly, she can descend directly into the Duat itself to travel - since time and distance work differently there, traveling through those layers is something akin to teleportation or shadow-travel; it cuts the time needed to travel down by quite a bit (for example, a journey which might take several days in the mortal world could be completed in half an hour or so through the Duat).
Portals - This is separate from standard traveling through the Duat! Basically, if she can find one Egyptian artifact, she can tap into its power at an auspicious time of day and connect it to another anywhere else in the world; then it's just a matter of going through the portal and instantly appearing on the other side, though the artifact will need 12 hours to recharge before it can be used for a portal again. (As for what counts as an Egyptian artifact, even things that just evoke the idea of it works; obelisks that weren't made in Egypt are shown to count in the series.)
Hosting Gods - Since she has the blood of the pharaohs, she can share her body with the consciousness of a god and make use of their magic, though this does require her to either establish dominance herself or cooperate with them in order to keep them from just hijacking her body. Thus far, she's only hosted Isis, though the series explains that anyone of the bloodline could host any god, in theory. When in perfect sync with whatever god she's hosting, she becomes their "Eye" and can make full use of the god's power - in canon, when she became the Eye of Isis, her magical prowess increased exponentially.
Performing magic takes a toll on the magician; if she does too much magic at once, she puts herself at risk of exhaustion at best and literally burning herself up from the inside at worst. I will, of course, nerf anything you feel is too gamebreaky! Just let me know what, if anything, you'd prefer to see restrictions on.
- Her clothing (combat boots, denim jeans, t-shirt, leather jacket)Color: Yellow! Mainly because her magic manifests with a gold aura instead of a blue one due to Isis's influence. If I could get a shade close-ish to gold/dark yellow, that'd be great!
- Tyet amulet and shen amulet
- A blue nylon backpack doubling as her magician's kit, containing: papyrus, stylus, ink, twine, wax, a few healing potions, and some goop that allows others to see into the Duat if she puts it on their eyelids (yikes)
- Wand (for defense)
- Staff (for offense)
- Music player with earbuds
- Purple hair dye (her extra item, not on her person)
ACCEPTING: Thanks in part to being raised in Fairy Tail from a young age, Levy doesn't shock easy about odd appearances or abilities or personalities. Instead she seems to take those things in stride, focusing on other aspects she hasn't been overexposed to in her time with the guild. While people's actions do of course still surprise her, she is very accepting of other people's differences and seems to even enjoy them. She never really joins in on guild brawls (not everyone in the guild does) but always tends to watch them with good-natured amusement more than anything else.Weaknesses:
CHEERFUL: On the whole, Levy is very upbeat and cheerful. During her first meeting with Lucy she's energetic and eager, talking about the novel she heard Lucy was writing and asking if she could read it when it was done - even extracting a promise through sheer enthusiasm that when Lucy finished writing, Levy would be the first reader. Despite it only being their first meeting she speaks to Lucy very familiarly, calling her by a nickname and immediately jumping headfirst into friendship rather than bothering with any small talk. She only infrequently seems to get down about anything, and prefers to look on the bright side even in dire situations.
INTELLIGENT: Levy's biggest strength lies in her intelligence. She's extremely quick about putting clues together and making connections, and she has a wide knowledge base that frequently comes in handy throughout the series. She's often one of the first or the first to come to certain conclusions, too. She recognizes very quickly that Gajeel wasn't fighting Jet and Droy back when they attacked him after he joined Fairy Tail, and correctly infers it is because he wanted to treat them like guildmates. Levy usually functions a voice of reason to calm others down. For example, she immediately tells Natsu to chill out when he's fighting against the age enchantment keeping him in the guild in the Battle of Fairy Tail arc, and assures him she can probably break the enchantment as it is a form of written magic. She's also not bad at thinking tactically, making certain at one point the dragon slayers know they need to split up or they're all doomed during a certain battle.
EMOTIONAL: Levy doesn't frequently lose her head in a crisis, but she absolutely can let her emotions get the better of her. During an argument with Gajeel in the mage trials arc she runs off after her feelings are hurt, although as soon as she's attacked afterwards and realizes the entire guild is in danger she shelves the hurt feelings to focus on the matter at hand. Much later on she also frantically forgets she can simply use Solid Script to give a guildmate air when they're drowning and goes in for the more trope-laden underwater kiss to give them some before being reminded about her skills. While she typically manages to remain calm in tense situations or at least thinks things through logically, it is simply worth noting this isn't always the case - she's a teenage girl and does have feelings that do get the best of her sometimes.Powers/Abilities:
INSECURE: Despite usually having a good grasp on her own abilities, Levy sometimes undersells herself or worries about her skills in comparison to the flashier members of Fairy Tail. While her initial reaction to being chosen for the S-Rank mage trials is joy, she quickly becomes worried, stating that she's small and doesn't have many redeeming features and therefore might lose quickly. This fear doesn't seem to last too long, however, as Levy is very good at snapping herself out of funks - and she had a little help breaking out of that one. More anime/manga trope-wise, she definitely compares herself to other girls in terms of looks and tends to think she's too childish looking (she is very short, so) and can be moved to tears when it comes to such comparisons.
LOYAL: While loyalty can be a strength, Fairy Tail mages tend to take it to Anime Extremes (tm) where it can also be their greatest weakness. While they can be turned against one another (see the Fairy War arc) they kind of refuse to hit betray for realsies even when it might benefit them or keep them out of harm's way. Levy's pretty likely to throw herself under a bus for others or go down swinging with a team than she is to get out of a situation alone.
Levy utilizes a form of magic known as Solid Script. To put it very simply, she writes words in the air and they become real - for example, using Fire will allow her to send out a blaze of flame. The word Hole, however, can cause a pitfall trap on the ground - or, applied in an alternate fashion, can be used to drain water from a battlefield through the hole in the "O". The word Iron materializes as pure iron, which she has before thrown to a guildmate who needs to eat iron to power his magic. Her magic is fairly versatile, and she's even been shown to use it as a luminous trail of markings in order to leave a path for herself or others to follow at a later time - or a mask to keep herself from breathing in pollutants. Or even as a bridge. Most of Levy's ability lies in her creativity to apply Solid Script words to any situation, although not all of them seem immediately useful (Butterfly, for instance, just conjures up a bunch of butterflies, so). How effective she is in battle or other situations depends on her own ingenuity and vocabulary.Other Noteworthy Traits:
She does have a magic limit like any other mage, and it was originally of the Average level rather than the insane reserves that, say, Erza or the dragon slayers seem to work off of. I say was Average because like most of the other "main" characters, Levy went through Second Origin Release, however, and can last longer in a fight/power up her abilities, or release it as a trump card in a fight. As enemies in manga tend to scale with level, however, this puts her just about at fighting level with their general enemies, it doesn't raise her to mythic levels. Additionally, Levy was one of the candidates chosen for the S-Class Promotion Exam and is an accomplished mage in her own right - she's just not one of the Protagonists (she's, like, secondary-tier level so she still has a Lot of shit, just not like, wow time for a tragic backstory shit).
Additionally, she bears the fairy tail guild mark on her left shoulder blade in white. While a guild mark is applied magically it doesn't always have magical abilities - the Fairy Tail guild mark does enable the members of the guild to see the spirit of Mavis Vermillion, the First guild master, for a good portion of the manga until Shit Goes Down and the First isn't a ghost any longer, however. It otherwise does nothing special that we know of.
Non-magically Levy is a polyglot who can translate many ancient scripts very quickly; she reads a lot and is very intelligent, and can rewrite enchantments done in magical runes or the like, such as those done by Freed Justice. It takes her only a minute to rewrite on of his spells at one point. She's also extremely good at infiltration and has worked multiple missions requiring those skills from her (once she posed as a child to take down an evil mage; she hated it because she is not a child even if she is Short???) up to and including the cult organization Avatar.Weapons & Other Special Inventory:
• Gale-Force Reading Glasses (model 18x) which allow her to read books/anything at 18 times the usual human rate.Color: Blue, specifically #4796BB! Her hair is blue and blue is my favorite color is why.
• Light Pen, which lets her write in midair/on things that you usually don't write on. She typically uses the light pen for informational diagrams or to rewrite magical runes and symbols.
• Her extra reasonable item would be Color, which is a common magical item from home that allows a user to change the color of their clothes! ...Though givent the game premise I can come up with something else, or I'd be chill with her only being able to change into regained colors?
Momo, born Momose Sunohara, was a star soccer player before he was a top idol: a typical sports kid with typical aspirations that matched up with the things he was good at. His life was normal, speedbump-free, and going well—
—until it wasn't. A sudden and unforeseen injury forced Momo to retire from the one thing that'd been a surety in his future, uprooting him from his fasttrack to a potentially successful career in sports. This could have been the end of Momose Sunohara, but life dealt him a lucky card in the form of his older sister, who was really into idols. To keep Momo from caving in on himself, she took him to a concert in a dingy underground venue as a way for him to unwind. The band playing there was called Re:vale.
That night, Re:vale saved Momo's life.
Uplifted by Re:vale's music, Momo chased them from concert to concert. The members of the duo, Banri Ogami and Yukito Orikasa, came to recognize Momo in part because he was one of the few male fans that Re:vale had, but mostly because of a fanletter that Momo'd sent them on the first night that he saw them. Again, this was all well and good, and Momo found new meaning in his life thanks to Re:vale—
—until Re:vale effectively 'disbanded' after an accident mid-concert. Banri disappeared after being injured by a stage prop, and Yuki was left behind with nothing but his loneliness and resignation. It was only thanks to Momo's persistent begging that Yuki didn't quit Re:vale entirely; after months of Momo knocking at Yuki's door and pleading to be Banri's replacement, Yuki finally gave in.
Things were simultaneously difficult but fulfilling for Momo and Yuki after that. They started as upstarts at a tiny agency, eating dandelions and fishing for food in local rivers to stay afloat. Once they picked up steam, though, they really rode the wave: after 5 years of their partnership, Re:vale won the title of top idol.
Despite this, there were still complications. Momo became a part of Re:vale on the condition that he would be Yuki's partner for 5 years— the same amount of time that Banri had spent with Yuki originally. With the time limit fast approaching before their 5th Anniversary concert, Momo lost his voice temporarily due to stress; this was resolved through Yuki's reassurance that he didn't intend to honor that time limit. Banri also returned from his self-imposed exile to tell Momo that Banri loves Re:vale as it is now, a unit between Yuki and Momo.
With that issue settled, Momo spent the majority of the next arc making sure that ill-intentioned media executives didn't succeed in smear campaigns against Re:vale and his two junior units, IDOLiSH7 and TRIGGER.
Loyalty: Pretty basic - it's hard to find someone more loyal than Reim once he decides to get attached to someone. In a series where master/servant relationships are such a big deal and so many people have, like, cosmic loyalty obligations to each other, Reim is noteworthy in that he doesn't have these at all! His relationships are all pretty much of his own choosing, so the loyalty he demonstrates all comes from him, without obligation or duty, and once it's developed there's no going back from it. He would do anything for his friends even if he doesn't like it or it makes him nervous, etc., without hesitation, up to and including risking his own life for the others' sake. It's just the Right Thing to do.Weaknesses:
Intelligence: Reim is very smart! He was raised by Rufus Barma whose entire life is at least partially devoted to the pursuit of knowledge, so naturally a lot of this rubbed off on Reim. He can speak at least two languages and has a host of unconventional skills like decoding ciphers and hostage negotiation (where he makes himself the hostage in the first place just to begin). Talking things through is his gift and he's very reasonable about it, which in turn makes him very convincing! He can also see through people's gambits and ruses either to help them succeed without being told what's going on at all, or to sabotage. He's book smart but also good at reading people's intentions, which makes him quick-thinking and good at adapting on the fly.
Staying grounded: While Reim does get stressed, which will be covered, he's definitely the person everyone else turns to when they need a voice of reason. In a crisis he's the one with a level head and sometimes the only one capable of injecting some reason back into someone else's panicking; he's very good at calming people down and getting them to think rationally about a situation. He's respectable and known for having good judgment in this regard, as other characters will accept outlandish situations as fine as long as Reim thinks it's fine/agrees. He's great at emotional support and always seems to know the right thing to say.
Short temper: ...but sometimes he kicks doors off their hinges because some people just get him so riled. Reim isn't a violent person by any means, but his patience has a limit and when it's reached, he snaps. It's not too unusual for him to fulfill his support role through yelling, or boxing someone's ears, or shaking their shoulders until they chill out. Reim can be aggressive but he's never malicious about it, although sometimes his temper can blind him (pettily) to staying 100% calm himself. This is primarily when Break is involved... Reim's maturity level can and will go out the window if Break or anyone else is intentionally being unproductive and distracting. He seriously kicks doors open like it's no thang.Powers/Abilities: Reim is the contractor of a Chain/monster soulbond summon thing called March Hare. It has one ability, which is to knock Reim out to the point of apparent death; Reim has no control over how long this will last and is totally vulnerable throughout the duration. It sucks!!
Constant stress: Physically, mentally... He is stressed at all times. It's a consequence of the people he lives and works with, but it's to the point that he genuinely has a problem with giving himself ulcers because he stresses so much. Some of it is because no one else will worry about themselves properly, so he feels like he has to, so really he does it to himself. This can and does lead to situations where he embarrasses or discredits himself because he's literally panicking about having a conversation, or talking to himself about making a decision complete with trying to pull his own hair out over it. He's overworked and underpaid to help save the world and deal with all these fools and it gets to him sometimes. He's also... genuinely not equipped for combat, so any dangerous situation without time to plan makes him freeze up and panic.
Questionable judgment: Reim's best friend is a serial killer; he knows this, he's more disappointed he wasn't told sooner. This is his way of taking his loyalty to the extreme, meaning he's so very ride or die for his friends that they could do almost anything and he'd still be on their side. His boss also puts the entire casts' life in danger on more than a few occasions and Reim unflinchingly trusts that he still has their best interests at heart despite evidence otherwise. If someone got close enough to him, it would be a little too easy to betray him because he's too forgiving of his loved ones being genuinely bad people sometimes.
